Ron Hippe, the Teledyne RDI Marine Measurement Asian and South Pacific Sales Manager, will be “on tour” with the innovative Sentinel V ADCP in Australia in February.

Beginning in Perth, Ron will be pleased to meet with customers during the Australian Oil and Gas Exhibition. He will also be a keynote speaker at the Mooring Workshop to be held on Monday 24th of February organised by WAIMMOS (WA node of the Integrated Marine Observing System). Following this, Ron will be travelling to the east coast and is keen to meet with customers who want learn more about the Sentinel V.

Ron will be fully equipped to perform desk-top product (software) presentations, supported by the hands on look & feel of the actual Sentinel V hardware. Since joining RDI in 2001, Ron has applied his vast mechanical and acoustic skills to the marine environment, where he’s performed product commissioning, training, troubleshooting and project management tasks and he brings a wealth of practical application experience to ADCP users in Australia.

Please contact UVS if you would like to arrange a demonstration with Ron. If we can’t arrange a meeting on this trip then please keep your diary free for “ADCPs in Action in Australia” in the week of 8 September 2014 at the Gold Coast. The conference will include comprehensive workshops and product training sessions delivered by Teledyne RDI representatives for both Marine Measurements and Water Resources users.
