UVS Chief Operating Officer, Neil Trenaman, was pleased to announce that representatives from CONTROS would attend the Australian Oil & Gas (AOG) exhibition in Perth in February.
Neil said that there had been a strong uptake of the innovative products from CONTROS for detection of dissolved CH4 in water in Australia. “The CONTROS HydroC™ CH4 Hydrocarbon & Methane Sensor is a unique underwater hydrocarbon and methane sensor for in-situ and online measurements of dissolved CH4” said Neil. “The HydroC™ CH4, is specifically developed to allow fast, real-time and in-situ detection of gaseous and even dissolved hydrocarbons/methane in the water column and has been successfully implemented in leak detection surveys and pipeline inspections to water depths to 3000m and responds to all hydrocarbons including natural gas and crude oil”.
Neil said that he expected a strong interest in CONTROS products from the Offshore Oil & Gas community and that UVS and CONTROS were well placed to service customers from the UVS office in Perth. UVS has specified and supplied a number of CONTROS systems in Australia. Please Contact UVS if you would like to arrange a meeting at AOG or at your offices to discuss CONTROS products.
