Daniel Robins has been appointed Engineer Manager for BlueZone Group

The BlueZone Team would like to congratulate Daniel Robins on his well-deserved promotion to Engineering Manager for BlueZone Group. The position oversees the engineering team and the projects they are working on, and we are sure Daniel will excel in this role. Well done, Daniel!

Daniel has been a senior engineer with BlueZone for five years and has proven himself to be an exceptionally high standard of engineer as well as a highly valued team-member. The Team know he can always be relied upon, and his contribution is valued just as much by our customers and suppliers.

In his time working with BlueZone, Daniel has overseen many significant projects. These projects have been across the Defence and other markets, and included research and development into new robotic and autonomous systems extending technologies to enable work in areas that have been previously impossible.

Daniel is highly respected by his team, and by BlueZone’s out-going Engineering Manager, Norman Ballard. Norman has always spoken of Daniel in the highest esteem and flagged him as his successor. Norman remains part of the BlueZone team in a new consulting role and BlueZone is even stronger with this team.

We look forward to beginning the new year with Daniel managing engineering. 2023 will be busy with new challenges, but the team is strong and will always stay Ahead of the Tide.
