UVS / BlueZone Group at Australian Oil & Gas in Perth
The UVS / BlueZone Group stand hosted a steady stream of visitors at Australian Oil & Gas in Perth in February.
UVS was located directly across from the Teledyne Marine stand and this enabled many customers to talk directly with Teledyne experts and then discuss local applications with UVS staff who can provide local support and back up for all enquiries. Teledyne Marine’s newly formed One Team offers the largest breadth of marine technology in the industry and Teledyne Marine provides a vast array of technology solutions ranging from tiny hydrophones and connectors to one-of-a-kind turn-key systems.
There was strong interest in the Teledyne OceanScience Z-Boat displayed on the UVS stand with interest in demonstrations for applications in Offshore Oil & Gas, Environmental, Mining, Survey and Diving. Planned demonstrations will include the autonomous waypoint navigation system, that enables the Z-Boat to conduct hydrographic surveys to meet a pre-loaded waypoint route plan, with no requirement for the shore operator to steer the boat.
