Their commitment, leadership, and deep expertise have helped shape the culture, capability, and success of our team. Please join us in congratulating Paul Montgomery, Grant Maddison, and Joseph Smith on this incredible milestone!

Paul “Monty” Montgomery – Workshop Manager

Monty’s journey with us has been one of steady leadership and technical mastery. As Workshop Manager, Monty has been instrumental in maintaining the high standards of our operations. His strong mentorship and meticulous approach to workshop management have made him a cornerstone of the team. Whether it’s delivering solutions under pressure or supporting the growth of apprentices, Monty’s impact is lasting and wide-reaching.

Grant Maddison – Senior Technician

Grant started his journey as a Service Technician, quickly stepping up into the role of Senior Technician. His natural leadership and deep understanding of systems saw him appointed as Service Manager, a role he held for around a decade. Afterward, Grant took on the Workshop Manager position at UVS Newcastle, bringing focus and structure to the site for four years before returning to his roots as Senior Technician. His flexibility and passion for hands-on work continue to make him an invaluable asset.

Joseph Smith – Supply Chain & Site Manager

From Technician to Site Manager and now Supply Chain Manager, Joseph has grown alongside the company over the last 20 years. His deep technical knowledge, combined with strong organisational and leadership skills, has made him a versatile and dependable force across multiple roles. From overseeing site operations to leading supply chain coordination, Joseph’s ability to adapt and lead has been essential to our evolving business needs.
