SEABER’s YUCO-SCAN micro-AUV makes the AUV technology accessible. Using YUCO-SCAN is certainly one of the most simple and cost-effective ways to perform bathymetric surveys.
Equipped with a 680kHz Side Scan Sonar from DeepVision YUCO-Scan provides great quality images with high stability, accurate navigation and is capable of managing coastal areas with waves and current.
The YUCO-SCAN can be combined with optional video and light providing a complete underwater vision package and leading the way to new uses in bathymetric survey or photogrammetry.
With an autonomy of up to 8 hours, and speed of up to 6knots, and a depth rated at 300m. The INX navigation and DVL, the YUCO-SCAN is able to achieve navigation accuracy better than +/-1% without requiring any external elements such as acoustic telemetry. DeepVision Side Scan Sonar software provides easy access to data visualization.
YUCO-SCAN is provided with all the necessary functions to be ready to deploy:
The YUCO-SCAN is available with the camera and light in option: GoPro enclosure integration on the YUCO-SCAN with Lumen Subsea Light to provide color footage of the dive.
