BlueZone Appointed as DeepWater Buoyancy Representative

BlueZone is pleased to announce appointment by DeepWater Buoyancy as an exclusive representative.

DeepWater Buoyancy, Inc. has re-launched the reliable, time-tested line of syntactic foam products formerly manufactured by Flotation Technologies (Flotec). The team at DeepWater Buoyancy has secured the designs and manufacturing rights to the legacy Flotec line of oceanographic, seismic, survey and oil/gas products.

Since DeepWater Buoyancy launched its line of subsea oceanography products based on the legacy Flotation Technologies designs, the company has delivered subsurface ADCP Buoys, trawl resistant bottom mounts (TRBM’s) and a wide variety of other buoyancy solutions for customers in over a dozen different countries around the world. The DeepWater Buoyancy team has decades of experience in the creation and manufacturing of syntactic foam products used by the oceanographic community and the oil/gas industry.

For the offshore oil/gas industry, DeepWater Buoyancy can produce deep water mooring buoys, transponder collars, marker floats and ROVitsTM. Customers can also be supplied with a wide variety of other custom-engineered polyurethane elastomer, composite, metal, plastic and syntactic foam components.
